“Greatly appreciated the delivery service and flexibility, especially when I gave the wrong address. The family was so thankful for the beautiful flowers, saying the white roses were her favorite and the thistle was a symbol of her family heritage. It was the perfect arrangement for her family. “The owner of the company called me and told me that he wouldn't be able to deliver the arrangement that day but explained why and he offered an upgrade if he could deliver the next day. I appreciated the call and agreed. He then personally delivered to the recipient and she told me later that he was SO sweet and kind. Very happy with my experience.”
